How do I cancel my subscription or possible trial?
On iPhone, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select Go Caravan, and cancel. Cancellation stops the next charge.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Go Caravan, choose another plan, and confirm. App Store shows when the change takes effect.
Where do I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
App Store sends the receipt to the email address of the Apple ID used for the purchase. You can also view purchase history in your App Store account.
How do I request a refund?
Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Select the purchase, choose a reason, and submit your request.
Why can't the developer process refunds or billing issues?
Charges, invoices, and refund decisions are handled by App Store billing. The developer cannot access your payments or approve refunds.
